Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or unforeseen delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary by location and carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Hemp-Derived Product Shipping Restrictions
Certain products offered on this site contain hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THC.
- Products containing hemp-derived THC are shipped only to states where such products are permitted under applicable law.
- Orders placed for shipment to restricted jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal in their state prior to purchase.
Our Kanna Only products do not contain THC and are available for shipment throughout the United States.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments in accordance with federal, state, or local regulations.
Age Requirement
Products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
